So we've now been doing Boot Camp @ Snap Fitness for just over 3 weeks now! It has really started a great following. We started with one day of the week and have already had to expand to two days a week! I really like the two days a week better because participants will see quicker improvements working out with Flex Fitness PT twice a week. Boot Camp classes are available on Monday nights at 6pm and 7pm and on Thursday nights at 6:30pm.
These classes are a great way to kick-start your exercise routine. A.C.E. Certified Trainer, Dan Benjamin, will closely watch you and your classmates through every exercise to ensure you are using proper form. This special attention is not something you can get in any large group fitness class. Dan personally walks around the room and adjusts participants form.
Boot Camp may sound intimidating but it really is not. You can take the class at your own pace. If you want to be pushed you will! Dan will also modify the workouts for anyone with health concerns or prior injuries.
You really can not beat the price! To be able to get a personal trainer to put you through a work out for just $10 per hour is unheard of! You do not need to be a member at Snap Fitness to participate in the boot camp sessions.
